Nonrequired Reading: 004: Girlfriend In A Coma

Hamilton and I were the ones without goals.

"Imagine you're a forty-year-old, Richard," Hamilton said to me around this time, while working as a salesman at a Radio Shack in Lynn Valley, "and suddenly somebody comes up to you saying, 'Hi, I'd like you to meet Kevin. Kevin is eighteen and will be making all of your career decisions for you.' I'd be flipped out. Wouldn't you? But that's what life is all about - some eighteen-year-old kid making your big decisions for you that stick for a lifetime." He shuddered.

...and then the irritating voice on the internet was silent, not knowing how to comment on the post she had incessantly requested.

If you have any suggestions for places to find nice layouts for blogger, I'm all ears. (And I mean ALL ears. What a weird turn of phase...) I haven't added the links back because it's a pain in the ass and I don't want to do it until I'm happy with the layout. (This one was just a better alternative to the last one that, while pretty, was NOT bleary-eye inducing.) So anyhow, now that I've broken some rule on blogger etiquette and written a novelette as a comment...
