The Memorial

Since death is such a part of life, today we choose hope and acceptance, because despair is too great a burden.

Thank you for sharing such intimate photos. Breath in and out. In and out.

"A picture is worth a thousand words" Thank you for sharing this special part of your journey with all of us, even though we may not know you personally. Kari, Josh and Stella, we have become part of the "family" helping to carry your burdens and bring you hope and joy once again.

Echoing Mandy's sentiments. Love the moment caught between you and Stella, as well as the few poignant words with this post.

Hi Josh and Kari,

I heard about your loss through the IWU grapevine. (I don't think we knew each other at school, but I remember you both from around campus.)

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Margot. My husband and I just lost our first baby at 5.5 months on January 30 - almost three months ago now. We named her Talitha Asha, which means little girl of hope. Talitha was also stillborn.

Thank you for sharing through your posts. Your feelings and experience really resonate with me. I hate how much this hurts. This isn't how life is supposed to be. I am so, so sorry, and I am weeping with you for this injustice.

Praying for your family.

Katie (Mowat) McCulley
